How does a fixed monthly fee work?
The fee is quoted after a scoping call, once the work is understood, and it stays the same each month. The volume of work varies month to month; the fee does not. Because the right number depends on the company, its stage, and how much legal activity it generates, Founders Form quotes it per company rather than publishing a rate.
